Personal data may be processed if the data subject consents thereto, or if processing is mandated by law or – based on authorization by law, within the scope specified therein – by a local government decree.
Personal data may only be processed for specific purposes, for the exercise of rights and the fulfillment of obligations. The data processing must comply with this purpose at every stage.
Only such personal data may be processed that is indispensable for the realization of the data processing purpose, suitable for achieving the purpose, and only to the extent and for the duration necessary for the realization of the purpose.
Personal data may be transmitted, and different data managements may be linked, if the data subject consents thereto or if the law permits it, and if the conditions for data management are met for every piece of personal data.
Personal data may be transmitted from the country – regardless of the data carrier or the method of data transfer – to a data controller or data processor in a third country if the data subject has explicitly consented thereto or if the law permits it, and if an adequate level of protection of personal data is ensured during the processing or handling of the transferred data in the third country.
In the case of mandatory data management, the purpose and conditions of the data management, the scope and accessibility of the data to be managed, the duration of the data management, and the identity of the data controller are determined by the law or local government decree mandating the data management.
Law may order the public disclosure of personal data in the public interest – with the express designation of the scope of the data. In all other cases, the data subject's consent, and in the case of special data, written consent, is required for public disclosure. In case of doubt, it must be presumed that the data subject has not given their consent.
The data subject's consent must be considered given with respect to the data disclosed by the data subject during their public appearances or transferred by them for the purpose of public disclosure.
In proceedings initiated at the request of the data subject, their consent to the processing of their necessary data must be presumed. The data subject's attention must be drawn to this fact.
The data subject may also give their consent within the framework of a contract concluded in writing with the Data Controller for the purpose of fulfilling the terms of the contract. In this case, the contract must contain all information that the data subject needs to know for the processing of personal data, in particular the definition of the data to be processed, the duration of the data management, the purpose of use, the transmission of data, and the use of a data processor. The contract must unequivocally state that the data subject, by signing, consents to the processing of their data as specified in the contract.
The right to the protection of personal data and the data subject's personality rights – unless the law makes an exception – may not be violated by other interests related to data processing, including the public nature of public interest data.

As mentioned before, we collect information about your visits to our websites and your use of the DelphinShop system to generate usage and efficiency statistics, personalize the user experience and interaction with users, and improve our products and services. We use many technologies for this, such as: scripts, tags, local shared objects (Flash cookies), local storage (HTML5) web beacons, and "cookies."
A cookie is a small data package that the website sends to the browser program, which can then be stored on your computer to later identify your computer as a tag. While the use of cookies is often limited to measuring website traffic (e.g., number of visitors, time of visits) and efficiency (e.g., topics most interesting to visitors), and facilitating navigation or use, and as such, cookies are not linked to personal information, we sometimes use them to personalize the user experience of known visitors by linking them to profile information or user preferences. Over time, all this information contributes to extremely important knowledge for improving the user experience.
Cookies are usually classified as "session-based" and "persistent." Session-based cookies help with efficient navigation on the website and can track progress from page to page so that information already provided during the visit and necessary for completing transactions does not have to be entered again and again. Session-based cookies are stored in temporary memory and are deleted when the web browser is closed. Persistent cookies, on the other hand, store user preferences for both current and future visits. These are written by the browser to the device's hard drive, so they remain valid even after the browser is restarted. We use persistent cookies, for example, to store the language or location (country) selected by the user.
When visiting websites or using online services, you may have the opportunity to specify your preferences for cookies and similar technologies using the settings and tools offered by your web browser or DelphinShop. If DelphinShop provides a cookie manager, it will appear when you first visit the website. You can select and modify at any time which types of cookies you allow Fishing Time Kft.'s websites to use in the "cookie settings" menu available in the footer of the DelphinShop website. You can specify whether you allow the use of only necessary, necessary and functional, or necessary, functional, and personalization cookies. You can also find additional information about the types of cookies used here. Modifying cookie settings will not delete cookies already stored on the device. You can delete cookies already on the device in your web browser settings.
In general, privacy settings can be specified in the web browser regarding the use of most cookies and similar technologies. Settings for managing cookies can usually be found under the "Tools" (or similarly named) menu of the given browser. In most cases, you can also set your browser to warn you about the arrival of cookies so you can decide whether to accept them. You can usually also disable the use of cookies in your browser settings.
Since cookies enable you to utilize certain website functions and the functions of the webshop, we recommend that you leave cookie acceptance enabled. If you block or otherwise reject cookies from us, certain web pages may not display correctly, or for example, you may not be able to add items to your shopping cart, make a payment, or use any other website or service that requires logging in.
We also use web beacon technologies on some DelphinShop websites to make the websites even more suitable for serving our customers better. Such web beacons are placed on many pages of the DelphinShop websites. When users visit these places, an anonymous notification of the visit is generated, which is processed by Fishing Time Kft. Web beacons usually work in conjunction with cookies. If you do not want there to be a connection between cookie data and visiting pages or using products, then turn off cookies in your browser. If you turn off cookies, web beacon technologies will still detect visits to such pages, but they will not be associated with the information otherwise stored in the cookies.
Local shared objects, such as Flash cookies, and local storage, such as HTML5, are used to store content-related data and settings. Third parties with whom we have partnered to provide certain features on our website, or to display DelphinShop advertisements on others' websites based on your web browsing activity, also collect and store data using Flash cookies or HTML5. Different browsers may offer their own management tools for removing HTML5. To manage Flash cookies, visit the http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html website. We may also use web beacons in marketing email messages or newsletters to determine whether the message has been opened and whether the links contained therein have been clicked. We may also use web beacons in a similar way on our social media pages (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google) to measure clicks and opens of our content and links.
Some of our business partners place web beacons and cookies on our website. Furthermore, it is possible that social media buttons placed by a third party log certain data, such as your IP address, browser type and language, access time, the addresses of the linked websites, and – if you are logged in to these social media sites – it is possible that they link this collected information to your profile data on that specific website. Fishing Time Kft. does not control these third-party tracking technologies.
The HTML code of the websites operated by the Data Controller may contain links from an independent external server and pointing to an external server for the purpose of web analytical measurements. The measurement also extends to conversion tracking. The web analytical service provider does not process personal data, only data related to browsing that is not suitable for identifying individuals. Currently, web analytical services are performed by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043) within the framework of the Google Analytics service.
The Data Controller runs so-called remarketing advertisements through the Facebook and Google AdWords advertising systems. These service providers may collect or receive data from the Data Controller's website and other internet locations using cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies. Using this data, they provide measurement services and target advertisements. The advertisements thus targeted may appear on other websites in the Facebook and Google partner network. Remarketing lists may contain the visitor's personal data (e.g., IP address), but are not suitable for personal identification by themselves.
The user can delete the use of cookies from their own computer, or prohibit their use in their browser from the outset. These options can be set depending on the browser, but typically in the Settings / Privacy menu.
