Delphin RAYA 55 Y body

Since its inception the RAYA reel has been designed as the model intended for casting, fishing from a boat or as a typical “stalker” reel. Feel free though to use this model as a very suitable reel for heavy feeder fishing. Its relatively small body made from hardened plastic with a very stylish red and black matte design is fitted with a shallow conical spool. The addition of the casting edge will make your casting very comfortable, fast and accurate. The RAYA reel has a Quick Drag adjustment knob, thanks to which you need just one turn to completely stop the drag from going out. The package also includes the Slow Drag adjustment knob. A metal handle with a wooden grip makes the manipulation very comfortable. The rotor contains brushes that help to prevent the line from slipping under the spool. The first time you hold the RAYA reel in your hand you will realise that it is truly massive. This is mainly due to the internal mechanism, into which we have incorporated a durable and proven gear mechanism. All spools marked “Y” are compatible with the reel. Choosing your spool will be that much clearer and simpler, and if you buy other reels with bodies marked “Y”, then you can combine all of your spools with these reels.
